VILLA REALE IN MONZA. SOUTHERN WING

The work of preservation has mostly dealt with the first floor of Villa Reale with the aim of creating a “Museum of the Villa”. The main part of the Stable, result of recent interventions, has been reorganized inside to contain accesses to the Museum. The work partly restored the centrality and the unity: on the various floors of the Stable. All the openings give on to the floor-to-ceiling space where there is a new monumental stair dominated by a big light intake.
