The water of the Darsena is the main purpose of the project. The Darsena becomes once more a public place linking the different urban areas on its banks. A big square arranged for town life stretching from the water banks, through the landing stages and the barges, the foot-bridges, the new buildings leaning forward the basin; a part of the town linking and reminding us of the whole of the Lombard exchange places connected with water.
