The transformation of the areas surrounding the underground station in Gessate involves subjects of functional character ( accessibility, distribution of the parking spaces, users’ comfort), town planning ( functions to institute relations with the urban and territories under the local government), involvement of environmental type and the landscape results ( the bond for the protection of the Martesana canal), economically necessary resources and of the general coordination of the interventions over time. However, above all, the project measure itself with the targets of the definition of the spaces destined to the green and of foreseen collective use.
